Procedure

1) Around 4 PM every day I got the food and the bell together and I put the dog near the entranceway.  It was a small bell with a high pitched ring.

2) I put 1 ½ cups of dog food into his bowl.

3) I rang the bell for five seconds.

4) I put the bowl down next to the washing machine.

5) I looked at my watch and timed in seconds how long it took for the dog to come and start eating.

6) The dog I used was named Boy and he is a mutt about 1 year old.

7) I did this for two weeks.

8) For the last week I did everything the same but did not give him any food.

9) On my graph, T1 represents when I did the experiment but made mistakes.  T2 represents the procedure here with food, and T3 represents the procedure without food.
