Project Title: How Does Temperature Affect Yeast ?
Project Abstract: My abstract is that I have to take 80F of water, then put yeast, sugar in a water bottle
(empty)and get a balloon. Then blow in the balloon so it will be more stretchy. Then put the water in the water bottle
.Then put a balloon on top of the water bottle. Then wait 30min and measure the balloon ,again wait 30min and see
how much it grew. Then try to do 90F,100F,120F,130F,and 140F.Then see which one grew the most.
