 As a group we thought that the salt would melt the ice instead of the salt keeping it frozen that was our hypotheses for our first experiment

For our second experiment our hypotheses was that the ice would freeze the ingredients in the cylinder but on the sides the ice cream would be harder then the ice

cream in the middle because the sides were the part that the ice and salt were touching.
