About the Movie:

          This movie explains five different things about stem cells. It explains what stem cells are, the different types of stem cells, the ethical issues surrounding stem cell research, how stem cells can help us, as wells as the future of stem cells. In order to make this movie, we had to first write out a script for our movie, which includes various details about it. Examples of what our script includes are the narrations for the whole movie, which identifies what to say and when to say certain things. Then, we had to browse the internet and search for relevant pictures. After that, we put all the pictures in separate slides within a program called Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 and saved the PowerPoint as separate images. We then imported the saved pictures into a program called Microsoft Photo Story 3. There, we animated the pictures, added a background music, and narrated the pictures according to the movie script. After that we saved the narrated and animated pictures as a movie, compressed it, and uploaded it onto our website.
