Summary: We took 18 jars, 6 with toilet bowl cleaner (hydrochloric acid), 6 with lemon juice (citric acid), and 6 with vinegar (acetic acid) in 3 of each kind of jars we diluted the solution so it was 50% acid and 50% water. In each different kind of solution we put either a penny, a piece of pasta, or a piece of tinfoil and we observed the changes for 1 week.

Software tools used: Microsoft FrontPage, Paint, Microsoft Word.

Project source: we first thought of melting pennies until we found out that it was illegal so we decided to find out how acids work on what materials.
