Results
- There was no significant difference in bacterial growth between the
control (water), salt water, Listerine and Fluorinse treated petri dishes.
- The petri dish containing Biotene grew significantly less bacteria than the
control (water), salt water, Listerine, and Flourinse swabbed petri dishes.
- The ayurvedic mouthwash (Neem) was the best oral disinfectant. In other words,
the petri dish swabbed with the Neem mouthwash grew
the least number of bacteria.
