We thought that salt would matter the least and flour would matter the most in a chocolate chip cookie. We guessed flour because the cookie has more flour than any other ingredient. We guessed salt because it’s one of the ingredients with the smallest quantity and we thought that nobody would notice that the cookie would be a teeny bit less salty.
