We wanted to know which ingredient in a cookie is the least important and which is the most important. We also wanted to know what each ingredient in a cookie does.

So we conducted an experiment and baked 11 batches of cookies, skipping out a different ingredient for every batch except for one batch that we made with all the  ingredients.
