Beginner technique was a very major
SOE present in this lab. The individuals who carried out this experiment had
only very limited experience in pipetting and bacteria culturing, amongst other
skills necessary for this experiment. This error was random in that it is hard
to isolate everything this SOE had affected in the lab. The said error can be
reduced by more practice with such equipment and techniques used.
