Project Info

The green banana and unripe avocado left exposed show signs of slight ripening in the form of softening and brown sports on their skins.  The green banana sealed in the bag shows more ripening, but not as much as the green banana sealed in the bag with the very ripe banana.  Both bananas have turned brown but are not black.  The avocado sealed in a bag with the second ripe banana also showed signs of accelerated ripening when compared to the avocado left exposed.
