In this project, 16 lines of
faba beans were chosen (Table 1). The materials
used in the project mainly are:
For genotypic analysis: Faba bean lines (Figure 2), Pots and soil, Freeze-drier, Glass beads, Paint shaker, DNA extraction reagents, Spectrophotometer, Primers, PCR reagents, PCR thermocycler, Agarose gel and electrophoresis equipment, UV photographer and scanner For seed coat chemical analysis: Faba bean lines (Figure 3), mortar and pestle, solvents for extraction, vortexer, centrifuge, TLC plate, TLC developing solution and container, sprayer |
