Conclusions
|
The conclusions for this project are: Conclusion 1: There are genetic differences between the faba bean lines, and DNA fingerprinting is a very useful tool in biotechnology. Conclusion 2: Snowbird and FB6F3-3-1 are zero-tannin lines. Conclusion 3: Both branches of condensed tannin biosynthesis pathway exist in faba beans, but epicatechin is the more abundant condensed tannin monomer in the seed coat of faba beans. |
