Results: Construction of Plasmids
The CTB gene and the IL-13 gene were cloned into pCaMterX vector so that the IL-13 gene was fused in frame downstream to CTB. The CTB-IL-13 chimeric gene was placed before the nos terminator and under the control of the double 35S promoter. The T-DNA regions of pDW6 and pDW7 are shown in Fig. 2.
