ABSTRACT

When the electrical current passes through the solution of sodium chloride electrolysis occurs.

We experimentally observed the dependence of Current vs. the Concentration of sodium chloride in the salty water and showed that the current through the salt/water solutions increased with the concentration of salt.

The experimental results were explained using the mathematical form of the Faraday’s laws of Electrolysis.

We made a device to determine the concentration of salt in salt/water solutions.
