Hello and welcome to my project website, Biefield-Brown Lifters, based on the science fair project I completed in 2003. In this project, I constructed small aircraft made of foil, wire, and balsa wood, called lifters. These lifters operate under the Biefield-Brown effect, and use ion wind to attract and repel ions in the air to provide thrust. I experimented with the size of these lifters in an attempt to optimize their performance.

Before you explore the rest of my project, it is recommended that you read through the background information and especially familiarize yourself with how my lifters work.
