Louder Please!

This exclamation is becoming more and more common because people don’t take care of their ears. Hearing is a very fragile sense. Sounds are everywhere in our world and our ears transform them into an audible image in our brain. Did you know that our hearing cells don’t regenerate? When they are damaged, it is forever.

Hearing is precious and irreplaceable. Take care of our ears! Some hearing losses have a medical or natural causes and therefore are difficult to prevent. Others caused by loud noises are easier and prevent. When you listen to music on your MP3, test yourself. If the person sitting next to you can hear your music, turn down the volume! When you go to a concert or a place where the sound is loud, bring your earplugs!
