Summary of the Project
The project is intended to study the electrochemistry of Sodium Polystyrene Sulfonate in order to determine whether it is suitable to be used as a replacement to solvent in rechargeable battery or not. Solution of Sodium Polystyrene Sulfonate and Li-Cl salts is made into gel and electrolysis of the gel is performed to investigate whether voltage or current is produced relative to the number of moles of Sodium Polystyrene Sulfonate.
