Project Abstract: The purpose of my project is to see if the size of the nozzle on the balloon affects how far the balloon goes. My hypothesis is the balloon with the smaller nozzle will go the farthest. The materials I used are tape, scissors, kite string, balloons, straw, Index paper, stationary objects,and a notepad. My project is about balloon rockets and how the size of the nozzle affects how far the balloons go. I am guessing that the small nozzle balloon goes the farthest out of the three balloons. I used string, tape, balloons, a straw, stationary objects, index cards, and scissors. I observed that the balloon with the medium nozzle went the farthest with 219 cm. The reason is because the balloon used its energy patiently and carefully.
