Abstract:

In our project we would like to know which liquid preserves a cucumber the best. The liquids we are testing are cola, white vinegar and carbonated water. Our hypothesis is that the vinegar will preserve the vegetable best. Our independent variable is the liquid and the dependant variable is the vegetable.
