The purpose of my hypothesis is to find out whether overcrowding of plant growth affects plant growth. My hypothesis is that the pot with one plant in it will look, grow and look heathier.The materials I used are , a pencil or pen, paper, five pots, a bag of soil, lapels, a measuring cup, ten black eyed beans.
I first filled th epots 3/4 the way, then I put labels and label how many seeds you will put in each, thenI dug holes and put seesd in the hole,put a thin layer of soil over top, the last step is to water the plants. I observed that first the stem came out and then the leaves. The plants in pot four and five didn't grow as big as the plants in pots two three and one. this happened because the plants in pots four and five aren't getting enough nutrients.My conclusion is that the plants in pot two grew the best.
