- 28 random primers were screened.
- No differentially expressed transcripts were observed (Figure 1).
- This lead us to believe that the technique isn't very effective, though efficient.
- The streaks you see beside the ladders are likely due to a contamination in the NO15 sample (Norstar at 15 minutes).
