Now I will talk to you about the some senses sharks have that you might have never known existed.

Firstly, sound, the ears of the sharks are interesting for they are very sensitive to high frequency, their ears are small pores at the summit of their heads, they have also an internal ears in their cranial area, that is just a small organ that looks like a bag. Their ears for example can hear an anchor dropping more than 1km away.

Secondly sharks have electrolocation that are in the nose, they are small tubes filled by the a geletin like liquid they are called the Bulbs of Lorenzini they can detect the low level electricity emitted by the fishes around the sharks, the Hammerhead shark one more bulb to help find the fish in the sand and help stay out of danger.

And finally how do the sharks breathe?  Easy they have the gills, in a more complicated way water enters the mouth, the gills take the oxygen from the water, carbon dioxide exits the branchial slits. Most sharks always have to swim so that the water can enter their mouth and continue pumping oxygen through the sharks body.
