Procedure

1)   We took our blood pressure and heart rate before we played the video game.

2)   Both people play the video game for 45 minutes.

3)   During the game, we checked our blood pressure and heart rate.

4)   Then we finished playing the video game.

5)   We then again took our blood pressure and heart rate immediately after we played the game.

6)   The next day, we repeated steps 1-5 but with a different game.
