Abstract
Our project is about
salmon and our objective is to find out which type of salmon
(farmed or wild) tastes better and which is better for your
health. What we did to find out was taste the both types of
salmon without knowing which was which and recorded our
preferences. Next we searched reliable Internet sites for
health info. We found out that they are both good for you
health wise, and the tastes are relatively the same. These
results partially contradict our hypothesis, which was that the
farmed tasted better and was healthier for you.
