Our project has been a wonderful success. Over the course of our project we have learned much about solar energy and its many properties.Our hypothesis was correct. Solar energy was is a non-polluting way of producing electricity, and as we have also stated, produces no greenhouse gases.
Our objective was in some ways comparable to our hypothesis: to demonstrate that solar energy is a non-polluting way of powering electronic devices and appliances.
In our procedure, we studied many aspects of solar energy. Specifically, we asked ourselves: How do solar panels collect energy? What does it collect? How much power (electricity) does it produce? Is it completely environmentaly safe? And, does it create any greenhouse gas emissions? We put all these questions and their answers into this section.
In our conclusion, we discussed the possible continuations and alterations to our project that we could have accomplished. We realised how far we had come in our understanding of solar energy, and how far one can go.
We are all causing the problem of pollution, but we need to realise that there are many other power sources for running appliances, and that these options need to be taken advantage of.
