Two Nokia Phones

According to the companies that make them, cell phones are safe. However, not everyone believes that. Many scientists say that children age 3-14 should limit their time on mobile phones. Sir William Stewart, Chairman of NRPB says “I don’t think we can and put our hands in our heart and say mobile phones are safe. When you come to giving a mobile phone to a 3-8 year old, that possibly can’t be right.” Knowing this, many parents would rather have their child exposed to radiation, and to call if they were in trouble. Though more research is needed to find out if cell phones may lead to cancer, David Carpenter, Public Health State of New York says “I believe 30% of all childhood cancer is associated with EMF exposure.”

This table shows the Pro Groups, and the Con Groups.
