1. Set up the heart rate monitor and test to make sure it is working.
2. Record the subject’s heart rate while he/she is sitting still not doing anything.
3. Set up DVD Player or Laptop to play video.
4. Make sure subject is watching, and then play it until the requested clip.
5. Record data while the subject is watching video.
6. When finished, observe data, and save the results.
7. Repeat for next subject(s).
