John Dalton

John Dalton was the first person to introduce color blindness to the public. He was British and lived from 1766 to 1844 that means he was 78 years old, and that’s a lot for his time. Color blindness in French is “Daltonien” so, as you have probably guessed, it was named after John Dalton. He was also a chemist and physicist. He was color blind himself, in case you were wondering.
