Method


  • Observation period: 13days from December 29th, 2004 to January 12th, 2005(Except for January 2nd and 8th)

  • Listed all food I ate, and calculated its calories, referring to web-sites such as www.caloriesperhour.com/index_food.html(USA) and my.dreamwiz.com/haimi/foodcal.html (Korea)

  • Weighed some food for precise calculation, or took pictures.

  • Made a table to show my daily calorie intake by date and its average.

  • Drew a graph to compare my figures to standard ones by activity level. I looked into the web-site www.healthonecares.com/HC_CalNeeded.asp to get standard figures by age, weight, height and activity level.
