Most of us will usually feel better when we start the day out with a good and

healthy breakfast. The challenge is that we are most often pressed for time in the

morning from sleeping in.  The simple solution for this is to get to bed a bit earlier so

you won’t have to rush your morning.

A lot kids skip breakfast because they think it’s a way to stay thin, but in fact, it

doesn’t help them maintain a healthy weight, and they will tend to eat more calories

throughout the day. Becoming over hungry often leads to a lack of control and

distorted satiety signals, which means it’s hard to determine when your full. It’s easier

to control one’s weight by eating smaller meals and snacks more frequently. On the

other hand, kids who do eat breakfast will do better in school, and are more likely to

participate in physical activities. So if your one of those people who doesn’t eat
