This website is dedicated to our project on the design of automotive seats. This was originally a science project for the International Baccalaureate program.

The purpose of this project can be divided into three separate areas:

Biology – Determine cause of discomfort with regards to different materials, and the muscles that are responsible for discomfort.

Physics –Investigate the pressure and weight distribution on different seats

Design Technology – Ergonomic design, materials and improvements
