Experiment #1 - Effect of the Font Size of a Reading Piece on the Idea Memory Percentage of a Middle-Aged Reader
I noticed that all the people who took my questionnaire survey scored mostly 4's and 5's. This is the general trend that is seen throughout the questionnaires for this particular experiment. Once in a while, there were a few 3's, but there were very few 1's and 2's. The place where there were the most 1's was usually with the size 16 point font. People scored the highest on the size 10 point font, and it decreased slightly by the time they went and did the size 13 size font. After calculating the averages of all the scores, the size 10 point font achieved the highest results, with an 82% as the idea memory percentage, and an average of 4.1/5.

Experiment #2 - Effect of the Type of Font (Sans Serif Versus Serif) of a Reading Piece on the Idea Memory Percentage of a Middle-Aged Reader
For this particular experiment, all the scores that were achieved by the people who read and filled out my questionnaire were usually either 5's or 2's. This is the general trend that is seen in my results. There weren't a lot of 3's or 4's and only three 1's. For the serif font, there was mostly 5's and some 4's as the score, but for the sans serif font, there were 5's and 2's. Most of the people scored highest on the serif instead of the sans serif, or most of them had an even tie between the two scores. After calculating the overall averages, the serif font's idea memory percentage did not really beat the sans serif one by a lot. It was a matter of 4%, since the serif font had 3.8/5, which was 76%, and sans serif had 3.6, which was 72%.

Experiment #3 - Effect of the Font Colour of a Reading Piece on the Idea Memory Percentage of a Middle-Aged Reader
All the scores for this experiment were mostly in the 1-3 range. Just by skimming over the page, you can see a bunch of 1's, 2's and 3's already, which is the general trend identified in this case. In the blue coloured font, a lot of people scored 4's more than 5's, whereas, with the yellow coloured font, the score is usually a 1 or 2. The black font has 3 as the score, usually. After calculating the overall averages, it has been concluded that the blue coloured font has the highest idea memory percentage of 70%, compared to the 54% achieved by the black font, and the 48% achieved by the yellow. The average score for black coloured font was 2.7, 3.5 for blue and 2.4 for yellow. Out of all the tests, the font colour test had the lowest results.

Experiment #4 - Effect of the Column Width of a Reading Piece on the Idea Memory Percentage of a Middle-Aged Reader
For this experiment, the range of scores was usually around the 2's and 3's, as they are the most commonly found numbers for these results. This is the general trend for this specific case. For the 2 inch column width, there are mostly 2's. For the 4 inch column width, there are mostly 4's. For the 6 inch column width, there are mostly 4's and 5's. Overall, after calculating the averages for each score, it has been realized that the 6 inch column width has the higher idea memory percentage, with a 70%. The 2 inch column width has a 52%, and the 4 inch column width has a 64%.
