 Our results for our experiment were quite amazing. First of all we got the results we wanted. All of the people who said that they were stressed said that they were not stressed after meditating and that they were relieved. Second of all the people who said that they not stressed in the present moment said that meditation would in fact relieve their stress. One person that we tested said that they have been doing Tai chi meditation every morning. In result it relaxes her and prepares her for the day that is coming ahead.
