Meditation is something that if not taken seriously results will be poor, and that is what leads people into believing that meditation does not work. The type of meditation that we most often use is transcendental meditation. This type of meditation was discovered by a doctor of physiology who is now world famous for his discovery. The future, of the field we hope is that people around the world even us will meditate. Like said before, all types of things will go up and down because of meditation. Crime rates will go lower while self-actualization will go higher. If more people start to believe in meditation, it is not going to be something that is only practiced in certain areas of the world like India, and Buddhist religion countries. A fear that can happen in the future is that if people start to try meditation and then realize nothing has changed, they will tell other people that meditation is wrong. What will happen then is that sooner or later people will not meditate because of what they heard about it.
