The project the Matthew and I did consisted of seeing whether meditation could relieve stress. This was our hypothesis. The independent variable was the meditation while the dependent variables were the people that we tested. In total we tested fifteen people. We tested five people from -18, five people from 18-60 and five people from 60+. Our results were what we wanted. Everybody that felt stressed when we tested them said after that they were relieved. The other people who weren’t stressed when we tested them said that yes meditation would work on them to relieve their stress.
