ONION We followed the instructions carefully, but we forgot to add the contact solution until the end, after realizing our mistake, we added the contact solution at the end, to see if it would affect our experiment, and it did, we never did receive a sticky liquid layer on top of the water. |
Split Peas We followed the instructions carefully and added the contact solution in when we were supposed to. Thus, our experiment worked successfully and we had formed a sticky mixture layer on top of the water solution. |

KELLY’S |
AMANDA’S |
|
MIDDLE FINGER: Kelly’s middle finger on her right hand is a tentarch meaning that the lines are going like waves from on side to the other side, but with a rising stick in the middle. |
MIDDLE FINGER: Amanda’s middle finger is a pocked loop which means that the lines are coming from one side returning in the middle to the same side, with a small circle in the turning point. |
|
RING FINGER: Kelly’s ring finger on her right hand is a tentarch meaning that the lines are going like waves from on side to the other side, but with a rising stick in the middle. |
RING FINGER: Amanda’s ring finger is a pocked loop which means that the lines are coming from one side returning in the middle to the same side, with a small circle in the turning point. |
We learned that the only way to see DNA is under a microscope unless it is clumped together.
