How can you see DNA? We think that there are many ways for a person to see DNA. But you can not see molecules so you can’t see DNA with out a microscope unless it is clumped together. We figured that fingerprints are used most often so, we tried to make DNA sampled using fingerprints. You can see DNA many ways. The best way to see DNA is fingerprints.

Background

We chose this problem to answer because DNA is so crucial to today’s world in many ways. We basically wanted to know if a person could see DNA samples without having to use a laboratory. Mr. Bogdan (our science teacher) found an experiment titled “How to Extract DNA from Anything Living” which is the one that we used to do our project.
