The purpose of this research is to study how some vegetables may help prevent
cancer. These vegetables provide much needed vitamins, and minerals to keep
our body healthy. Cruciferous vegetables are very important to the human body
because they kill bacteria and cells before they get too big and begin to
multiply. These vegetables include broccoli, bok choy and cauliflower. These
three types of vegetables have a huge impact on how healthy our body is.
