Summary:
This experiment was undertaken to show the effects
of agricultural runoff in present day, which would
eventually lead to eutrophication of nearby bodies
of water. By doing this project, ideas can be made
for future fertilizing technologies to release nutrients
over time, rather than all at once. From this idea,
the problem of eutrophication due to agricultural
runoff may be eliminated.
