
After the volunteers have been tested, we predict that on average, the asthmatic volunteers’ breathing rate will rise or fall about 30-40 liters per minute depending on the activity. Also, we agree that the non-asthmatics breathing rate will only differ about 15 liters per minute. After the asthmatic volunteers’ have been tested, we think that the inhalers (relievers) would help to bring their breathing rate back up to normal.
