These are the following results I found after surveying the students. 

Female Students:

Only 21% of those between 12 and 14 years old reported themselves as the same height as their mother, but none taller.

However, between the ages of 15 and 18, 67% of the females were taller than their mothers, and 4% were taller than their fathers.

 

Male Students:

90% of the boys between the ages of 12 and 14 stated they were the same or taller than their mother, but only 10% were the same height as their father, none taller.

However, between the ages of 15 and 18, 96% were taller than their mother and 59% were the same height or taller than their father.
