The Facts
There
are two main kinds of cheese they are soft and hard cheeses. Soft cheeses are
eaten fresh and do not require any aging. Some examples of soft cheeses are
Brie, Camembert, and Cottage cheese. They have a strong taste and are often
eaten on crackers. The way the soft and curd cheeses were made was a nomad
traveling in Chinese deserts. He had put some goats milk in a goat skin
flask. After a couple of hours the man got thirsty and went to
take a sip but all the liquid had turned solid. This had happened because of the
heat and the movement of the flask. The
hard cheese is basically the same recipe but it has more steps. They require to
be pressed and aged for at least six months.
