Conclusion

After much research and many experiments, it was concluded that what is found in papaya is an enzyme known as papain. Papain acts only as a catalyst for the exothermic reaction the peppers produce. Papaya is also very efficient, even in small amounts, making it economically reliable. Our mixture is also biodegradable and environmentally friendly because it is organic. In some instances, it melted ice more efficiently than salt at the same rate of time. This goes to show our mixture has proven to live up to the outcomes we had set.
