Experiment #4:

The data was different from experiment #3, which would prove the results false in most cases. In this case human error was involved by having the peppers not properly thawed out, which has proven to alter the results we were after. Having them been frozen then properly thawed out should not have altered the data if that were the case. Capsaicin when heated or frozen does not change its potency although it may change the ability to react with papaya.
