The Effect Red Light Has on Protein Synthesis and Growth of Human Fibroblast Cells

Objective

The objective of this project is to observe the effect of red light on human fibroblast cells exposed to different light sources, to determine if cells will heal at a faster rate. We also hope to develop a transparent bandage, which could be applied to wounds to accelerate the healing process and we will investigate various applications for this discovery.
