Animals reaction

What do the animals do?

Before many great earthquakes happened, it was noticed that animals acted weird. Dogs started howling for no reason and small rodents away from their burrows. Huge towns became rodent free. Also, plants where acting weirdly. Even electrical appliances could sense it and stopped working properly.  Scientists have discovered that 10 hours before an earthquake occurs, animals will start reacting.

Do animals always react?

Animals like horses, geese and fish are sensitive to little things that happened before an earthquake and start to react. Animal reactions are not always reliable since they do not always happen. Sometimes animals may show some signs of concern but nothing happens and sometimes animals don't notice anything at all.

Why do animals react?

Animals react because they can feel the things that happen before an earthquake. These can be small cracking of rocks, random gas from cracked rocks, changes in magnetic fields, ground water variations and change of well water color. This is when animals start to react because they are very sensitive to these.
