The general method we used to analyse the sample for the change was through gels (both polyacrylamide and agarose). The samples that had the change or half a change did not go that far through the gel and the ones that weren't changed went farther.

Using patient information and statistical analysis we resulted in associating the samples that had the G125A change with 4 prominent changes. These changes all relate to poor prognosis, which means that the patient has a very low recovery chance from the disease.
