The purpose of this project was to find out if it was possible to make snowflake-like crystals with other substances.

The other substances that I chose are acetic acid and glycerol.  These were chosen because of their ideal freezing points: 16.7ºC for acetic acid, 17.8ºC for glycerol.  I also did a control with water.
