The purpose of this project is to identify which type of clothing material best prevents exposure to cold and, for example hypothermia. We want to compare several materials that people wear during cold temperatures. Our specific problem is determining which one(s) work best. Software tools to create this webpage were Microsoft FrontPage, and Microsoft Word. Appliances or tools used throught the project included a digital camera, copier, scanner, printer and computer. This idea was brought before Zachary and myself through the conditions of which we live in (mostly a cold environment). We wanted to know how we could stay warm during cold winters of Montreal. We decided to further explore this venue, and decided to find out which material would keep us warmest and help in the prevention of such illnesses such as Hypothermia. We hope that readers of our project and site will learn more about how to keep warm and how to conduct this experiment for themselves.
