Results
1. All three drugs are inhibit breast cancer viability at micromolar concentrations; however, all three drugs are dose dependant. All three drugs are most effective at a concentration of 0.1µM, although Mibefradil exhibits the greatest effect, followed by Pimozide and Tamoxifin.

2. All drugs were cytotoxic for the MCF-7 cell line, however, the pathway of cell death differed. Mibefradil and Tamoxifin induced to die primarily from necrosis, while Pimozide induced the majority of cells to undergo apoptosis.
